President and Corporate Medical Director Carl A. Hoffman, Jr, D.O., D.Sc., CCHP. founded the company now known as PrimeCare Medical, Inc.  Since 1986, Dr. Hoffman has been on the forefront of correctional medicine for 36 years and has surprised the industry with his astute business and medical knowledge.  He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the corporation.  Dr. Hoffman has a vision to build a company by surrounding himself with talented people and collaboratively letting fresh ideas improve the business.   Executive Vice President Theresa M. Hoffman has over 15 years of experience managing all business aspects of a correctional corporation.  Monitoring all activities of the company, she has a unique ability to identify problems and solve them in an effective and efficient manner.  She oversees and reviews all accounts payable transactions and is directly responsible for vendor relations.  Mrs. Hoffman is a member of the Policy and Procedure Review Committee and manages the entire Corporate Office staff.  Her remarkable interpersonal skills make Mrs. Hoffman a valuable asset for the corporation. Vice President of Operations & Director of Policies and Procedures Francis J. Komykoski, Sr., MBA, CCHP has over 32 years of executive management experience, including over ten years of correctional healthcare management. He oversees the business operations for the entire corporation.  Mr. Komykoski is the direct liaison for the National Commissions on Correctional Health Care and is responsible for all accredited sites.  He also develops, interprets, and writes corporate policies and procedures to comply with national standards.  Mr. Komykoski’s organizational skills are coupled with his astute business skills make him a leader in the industry. Vice President of Operations Todd W. Haskins, RN, BSN, CCHP  has over 20 years of medical experience with over ten years of correctional healthcare management with PrimeCare Medical.  He works directly with the Corporate Medical Director to ensure that proper care is delivered to over 18,000 patients.  In addition to his ability to identify medical issues and correct them timely, Mr. Haskins has a vast experience working closely with all aspect of the electronic medical records to ensure quality care is maintained at all sites. Vice President of West Virginia Operations Linda J. Bernard, RN, CCHP-RN  has over 14 years of correctional nursing experience and currently coordinates the medical operations for more than 4,500 inmates.  She has worked at many levels of the organization.  Her expertise in creating a successful work environment makes Mrs. Bernard an invaluable resource for PrimeCare.
