PrimeCare Medical of New York, Inc.

In New York State, PrimeCare Medical functions through a more complex organizational model. PrimeCare Medical of New York, Inc. handles the managerial and administrative operations. It acts as the primary point of contact with correctional facilities and serves as a liaison between those facilities and the licensed health care professionals delivering services.

To comply with New York’s corporate practice of medicine laws, clinical services are delivered through several independent professional corporations that operate under management contracts with PrimeCare Medical of New York, Inc. This three-part structure in New York enables PrimeCare Medical to adhere to state requirements while maintaining operational integration and consistency of care across operations.

PCM Correctional Health Care, Inc.

In Florida, PrimeCare Medical’s operations are managed through PCM Correctional Health Care, Inc. This entity mirrors the operational model used in other states, overseeing all contracts and providing comprehensive medical, nursing, and dental services to correctional institutions.

PCM Lite

Not every facility requires staffing. PCM Lite is a modular service platform powered by PrimeCare Medical, designed to support correctional facilities with a flexible approach to health care operations. It offers a wide range of customizable solutions and services—including pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment, electronic health records, diagnostic tools, billing, consulting, and training—empowering facilities to select only what they need.

Professional Care Medical Practice, P.C.

This independent entity provides medical and behavioral health services in New York. Though it maintains clinical autonomy, it works  exclusively with correctional facilities contracted with PrimeCare Medical of New York Inc.

Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing, P.C.

Focused on nursing services, this professional corporation operates independently and works  exclusively with correctional facilities contracted with PrimeCare Medical of New York Inc.

Professional Care Dental Services, P.C.

Dental care in New York is administered through this independent professional corporation, and it works  exclusively with correctional facilities contracted with PrimeCare Medical of New York Inc.
